Orlando will win the Republican primary on Tuesday....Hossy, your corrupt days are numbered!!!!

BAY MINETTE, Ala. -- Many of Baldwin County's nearly 114,000 registered voters on Tuesday will cast votes in the statewide primary elections at 45 polling locations across the county.

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Baldwin County Probate Judge Tim Russell said residents can trust the county's voting process and machines.

"We have one of the most efficient systems anywhere," he said. "Our machines have some of the most advanced technology."

Local races on the Republican ballot drawing public interest include:

•The district attorney race in which incumbent Judy Newcomb is faced by Hallie Dixon, David Green and Ken Hitson.
•Three County Commission races that include eight candidates. In District 2, incumbent Ed Bishop is opposed by Daniel Dyas and Bob James; District 3 incumbent Wayne Gruenloh is facing Tucker Dorsey and William McDaniel; and District 4 Commissioner Charles "Skip" Gruber is opposed by Ollie Daw Jr.
•For sheriff, incumbent Huey "Hoss" Mack is opposed by Orlando Bethel.
•Board of Education District 4 has incumbent Norman Moore opposed by Gregory Congleton. Only voters residing within the school board's District 4 will determine the winner of this seat.
In state races on the GOP ticket, Senate District 22 includes candidates Danny Joyner and Jeff Peacock, with the winner to meet incumbent Democrat Mark Keahy in the general election.

In the District 94 House of Representative raceincumbent Joe Faust is challenged by Dale Brown. Only citizens residing within those districts will cast ballots in those races.

Statewide, Republican voters will choose their party nominees for governor, lieutenant governor, U.S. Senate and House, attorney general, two Supreme Court seats, state treasurer, agriculture commissioner, and two places on the Public Service Commission.

Democrats will also cast ballots for nominees for governor, U.S. Senate, attorney general and state treasurer.

A statewide amendment relating to an assessment on propane gas industry members for promotional programs will also appear on Tuesday's ballot for both parties, along with various party leadership slots.

Any runoffs would be held July 13, and the general election is set for Nov. 2.

All registered voters need to do, said Russell, is bring an acceptable form of identification to their designated polling place.

"The easiest thing is to just bring a drivers license," Russell said. But other forms of identification are accepted as well.

According to Rob Johnston, an election attorney in the Alabama Secretary of State's office, many types of documents will be accepted if they are sufficient to prove identity.

Some of the approved documents include: valid photo identification, a copy of a current utility bill or bank statement, a valid United States passport, a valid Alabama hunting or fishing license, a valid Social Security card or a valid Medicare or Medicaid card, Johnston said.

Voters also should be aware of polling place regulations, he said.

"Candidates are not allowed to campaign within 30 feet of the door to a polling place," he said. "Absolutely no campaigning is allowed inside a polling location."

According to Violetta Smith of the Baldwin County Probate office, if residents in Baldwin County see candidates or others violating the rules, they should call the Sheriff's Office at 251-937-0202 or the District Attorney's Office at 251-937-0274

As a precautionary measure, sheriff's deputies will also visit polling sites Tuesday to identify any fraudulent activity, Russell said.

General voting questions should be directed to the Board of Registrars' office at 251-937-0305 or the probate office at 251-937-0285, Smith said.

"We really want a large turnout," Russell said, "These candidates have worked so hard."

Nearly 2,700 new voters had registered in Baldwin as of Thursday, according to the Board of Registrars.

"We just want citizens to exercise their freedom and vote," Russell said.

This turned out to be just slightly off.

Orlando Bethel got 7% of the vote and Huey "Hoss" Mack got 93%.

There was verified widespread voter fraud and imtimidation. We have protested the election to the Alabama Secretary of State and we will have a revote next month.

So, Hoss is cheating.
